Not Recommended!

She will wait for you to make as many rent payments as possible and then suddenly start treating you horribly to get you to leave early so she can keep your money. She treated me so horribly that I left behind an entire months worth of rent just to get away from that place. She left aggressive notes in the bathroom referring to items in my sponge bag as sh*t and placed them in my cooking utensils so I couldnt use them anymore. She made unsubstantiated claims that I had broken stuff I never even touched so she could take as much from my security deposit as possible in addition to the months worth of rent money I was forced to leave behind for her. She would bang at my door really loudly to the point where it disturbed me during work meetings. The walls in the house are also extremely thin so I had no privacy at all and she would turn up the TV in her room late at night to the point where it was disturbing my sleep. I urge anyone considering this place to please reconsider.

3 month sublet

Catherine is an amazing host and the room was fantastic! This was one of the best environments I could ask for as someone new to the city! Everything was neat, perfectly organized, and the neighborhood is just beautiful and safe! Highly recommend!
