Best rental decision ever!

Susan's place was awesomeso beautiful and well-equipped. She was a gem of a person/landlord. She was so responsive and professionalalways on top of what was needed and scheduling anything with her was easy. She was also super accommodating and helpful. The place was spotless and had everything you could ever need (cleaning, cooking, baking, Alexas too!!). Honestly had a really good time and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

A wonderful 10-month stay

We, a Swiss couple, had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 10 months, and it was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had everything we could possibly need, making daily life very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, central yet quiet, and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Susan, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, making the entire rental process smooth and effortless. From the seamless check-in to her ongoing support, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we couldnt have asked for a better long-term home. We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Perfect for travel nurses

This property is absolutely gorgeous and cozy! Plus the neighborhood is quiet but still full of fun activities. Stayed for an extended stay and it felt just like home. Susan the property manager was always helpful and responsive. Would recommend this property to anyone travel to the Rochester area!
