Best first travel housing possible
I couldnt have had a better experience. The place was cozy and clean in a perfect location for exploring all bend has to offer. Nancy is so approachable and responsive anytime I needed anything she was right there. Couldnt recommend a better spot.

This was the perfect place to stay! Cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed. The host was more than accommodating and very considerate about my schedule. Would definitely recommend!!

I would definitely recommend this unit for any short term renter who is looking for a great place to stay! It is quiet, spacious, decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything I needed. The owner is very friendly and was quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect!
This was a perfect fit for me while i was able to visit our daughter and son in law in Bend!, It is a very quiet, safe area to be in and close to the bus route. Nancy was a wonderful host and promptly answered any questions i had.

Fantastic space, amazing owner
Stayed for two months for an internship, and I am so glad I did. Not only was the place pretty much perfect for my needs, but the owner, Nancy, was great. It was my first time renting, and she was so patient, kind, and made sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The space is tranquil, feels safe, comfortable, and still not too far from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Bend. Give this place genuine consideration, I assure you wont be disappointed in you decision to stay here.

Very Private Pleasant Livable Space
I rented the unit to be a ski bum for Its 22 minutes from Mount Bachelor & 9 minutes from everything else Bend has to offer. The unit has a thoughtful layout, providing a quite comfortable, 1BR 1 BA unit with a good size living room, large streaming TV, oversized L-shaped leather couch with excellent flop-ability. The bathroom is very nice with upper end fixtures. Although a very small kitchen with no formal stove, it does have a dinette table, a ninja air fryer & induction hot plate that was adequate to cook soups, stews, steaks, chicken, steamed vegetables for one person. The bedroom has a full closet and a comfortable & usable desk alcove. But the jewel of the unit is the bed. It has some kind of magic foam mattress which allows for the best nights sleep I ever had. I seriously considered never leaving! Lastly, N is a lovely and generous host with a true desire to provide anything I might of needed. I highly recommend this unit
