Amazing. Just amazing.
My husband and I stayed here for about a month because of a medical rotation and it was one of the best places we've stayed in during his audition trail. Ample pantry/fridge space, clean bathroom, spacious room, cozy living rooms, safe private parking. Everything in the home was so thoughtfully designed, the tenants were amazing, and Kaia was incredibly communicative. The spontaneous convos in the kitchen were my favorite moments while staying here, and it truly felt like a community even in the short amount of time we stayed here. Only love and appreciation for Kaia and the Maple Manor!!
More than a house!
I had the most perfect stay at the Maple Manor. The room is spacious with more than enough storage and of course very well decorated by Kaia. But what I will really remember are the moments I shared with Kaia and the other people living in the house: the porch talks, sharing our best recipes and how the day went. Coming from France to the US for a couple months, I can easily say this house became my home :) Kaia is the most lovely host, caring, funny and very respectful, I would gladly come back and live at the Manor again if I have the chance.
Dont Miss Out on Maple Manor!
I stayed at Maple Manor for about four months during my time as a travel social worker. Through a stressful time of finding housing, I found this gem and wow, am I glad! I could go on and on about my experience, but here are some highlights: the house itself is gorgeous. Theres plenty of space to feel like you have your own privacy. The location is ideal- close to the city without the hassle of it. The town itself is safe and so charming. Last, but arguably most importantly, Kaia was a standout landlord. She was communicative, took worries/needs seriously, and prompt to remedy situations. She values her tenants and ensures an environment where all feel safe. If you are so lucky to stay at Maple Manor, Im confident you wont regret it!
Beautiful Home
I cannot say enough good things about this home. The house is absolutely gorgeous and K is such a great host. She is super friendly and easy to talk to and welcomed me into her home with ease. The location is great. It's close to everything, and not far from Philly, but in a spot that's pretty safe. The entire house looks like my Pinterest board, which is pretty cool. I would've loved to stay longer but work took me out of the state. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! I miss it already :)
Beautiful home, great environment, amazing host
K is an amazing host. She's so warm and friendly, and is also respectful of your space. The house is gorgeous. There are lots of cozy spots to curl up, and sitting on the porch was one of my favorite activities. The environment is very quiet and calm, even though it is at a seemingly busy intersection. You feel secluded and comfortable. I had everything I needed during my stay, and felt comfortable communicating with K about any needs. She was very open and communicative. Could not ask for a better experience.
