Cozy Townhome

Fantastic in every way!

I'm a nurse traveling with a dog and took an assignment at UK Chandler. I ended up extending multiple times and stayed a full year! S&C were absolutely the best LLs I've had so far. The unit is super cute and had everything I needed. The condo is tucked away at the end of the street so not much noise. There's a small fenced yard my pup enjoyed and there's a lovely deck as well. Jacobson Park is beautiful and right around the corner. If I'm ever in Lexington again I'd definitely see if this rental is available. It felt like "home".

Perfect!

Worked at UK Albert and stayed here for the last 5 months! Safe area, dog friendly (grassy area, walkable neighborhoods, and large dog park close by), plenty of room with 2 large dogs! Any issues resolved in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Kentucky!

amazing place

This is such a great place to stay. Beautiful townhome, safe & quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Sarah & her husband are wonderful and always reachable! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a travler

Stayed here for 6 months and it was great. The unit is very quiet, clean, and has everything you need. It's in a great location and is very close to many restaurants and shops. Sarah the host was wonderful and provided me with anything that I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
