Not available in summer! No pets. No smoke /vape. This old cape cod home has been in our family for 4 generations. Very strict no pet policy because a family member has DEADLY pet/smoke allergy. Two bedrooms upstairs w fullbath. cozy family room and eating area. Quiet quaint safe neighborhood.

Great Location
I loved living here this Fall! It's a 5 min walk to the bay and a very lovely neighborhood. The house is quaint and has a lot of charm. The property manager is very quick to answer and fix any problems that may arise!
