Super quiet and safe!! The complex is gated and for extra security there is a night guard who drives around all night every night. It is a quiet place as the majority of residents live there year around, in comparison with other places around with short-term rental traffic.

Super cozy apartment in a nice neighborhood
We had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. It’s incredibly cozy and well styled, making it feel like a home rather than just a rental. The space is comfortable and inviting, which we’ve really appreciated. The neighborhood is another highlight—very quiet, safe, and family-friendly. And Andres has been fantastic throughout our stay. He is kind, responsive, and attentive. Any time something needed fixing, it was handled quickly and without hassle. Communication has always been clear and prompt which we really appreciated as well. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful and welcoming area.
