Wonderful solitude

Staying here provided the perfect place to decompress after working at the hospital (which was such an easy commute). I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was at home. The neighborhood was very quiet and Greg ensured I always had what I needed. 10/10 would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling for work/school, who are looking for an accessible and homey short-term rental.

Wonderful loft style bnb

Great location if you are going to be working in the downtown area for any job. As a healthcare worker it was great if you are working at the main hospital or on Townsend at the surgery center. Loft style bnb with everything you need. 10/10 would go back. Greg was present and there for anything I needed along the way. Great experience.

I had a great experience renting from Greg while staying in Montrose, Colorado for about 7 months. Greg was an excellent landlordprofessional, understanding, and a great communicator throughout my entire stay. He was always responsive and genuinely took care of me as a tenant, which made a big difference while I was working away from home. The unit itself was very well kept, clean, and properly maintained. It included all the utilities and amenities needed for a comfortable and warm stay in Montrose, especially during the colder months. Everything was set up in a way that made day-to-day living easy and stress-free. The location is also a big plus. The unit is centrally located in town, making it very easy to get around Montrose and access everything you need. Overall, I truly enjoyed staying in this unitit honestly felt like home during my time there. I highly recommend Greg as a landlord and would not hesitate to rent from him again.

Great place, big kitchen and everything you need in an upstairs unit. I loved the private parking, ease of getting everywhere and being so quiet and close to everything. 3 minute drive to the hospital. The appliances were new. Working with Greg was very simple, and he was quick and responsive to any and all issues.

Amazing Experience

This is an amazing unit! It is perfectly kept, very clean, and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. It is perfect as a month-to-month rental and my experience was amazing during my stay. Greg the property owner elevated my rental experience even more so. He is flexible, a great communicator, trustworthy, and a great human being. He never stops helping his tenants and has great recommendations and knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. I have and will continue to highly recommend Greg and all his properties to anyone looking to stay in Montrose or Ridgeway. I truly cannot speak highly enough about my time renting this unit from Greg.
