Home away from Home
The Landlord is incredibly attentive. She does live on premises but has completely separated the space from her own while graciously sharing her new washer and dryer with you. She is a delight to run into when crossing paths and reachable at any moment if a need comes up. The one downside is cooking space and electrical usage. This is a kitchenette type living so make sure to be mindful with electric appliances but other than that the full fridge is spacious and there is plenty of cabinet space. Appliances are well maintained and updated. The outdoors are maintained and inviting. With washer and dryer availability, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, free wifi, heat and air conditioning included in price this listing is a deal worth taking!

Love the unit
M was incredible host to us! My roommate and I had no issues whatsoever during our stay with her. Great place and great location. My dog got alone very well with her dog and even preferred to stay on her side! Any questions or concerns we had and she answered promptly. Everything mentioned in her listing was accurate. Would sign up with her again!

Fantastic Place to Stay
The place itself is excellent quality. Wonderful and sunny neighborhood as well. Comes with everything you need--kitchen appliances to do your own cooking and full sized fridges. Rooms come with new flat screen TV's that are convenient. Excellent landlord who is one of the most kind women you'll meet. If you need somewhere to stay in San Diego, I highly recommend this place! Also great location close to grocery stores and public transportation if you need it.

Great rental!
The property is nice and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The property comes with useful appliances as listed in the property description. There is also laundry that is provided next door. The host is kind and very responsive. She made sure that we had no issues and overall great experience!

Cozy Guest House Connected
M was an awesome host. She is super fast to respond and quick to help out with any issues. The unit is described as listed. And great location in the suburbs in a family friendly community. Right off the interstate! There is a dog park walking distance from the house around the block. We enjoyed our stay. Although no full kitchen, M provided us appliances that helped. Washer / Dryer is located in her unit though. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
