Amazing place to stay

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The apartment is so cozy and spacious that it feels like a home away from home. It has everything you need for an extended stay. It was perfect for my month stay and it's in such a pretty area. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Not to mention Sandra and Maurice are so kind, welcoming, and responsive rental owners. I could reach out to them for anything I needed for the apartment. They made me feel right at home and I'll definitely miss staying here!

Wonderful and Great

To start I have to say that Sandra and Maurice have been wonderful. They both are very kind and friendly ever since Ive met them months ago. Their home is very cozy and clean and I truly enjoyed staying here. They are very accommodating if you ever need anything. I would definitely come back and stay here again if I decide to come back to this area!

It's Perfect!

My son spent 8 months here while going to trade school. It was perfect. Sandra had everything he needed and then some. The place was clean and well equipped. The private patio was a great amenity to have as was the car port. If you are able to snag this place, you won't be disappointed. Sandra and her husband are very welcoming and gracious. Communication was awesome. This is home away from home!!

Home away from home!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 2 months while he was a patient at M D Anderson at The Woodlands. The apartment was perfect! Very spacious and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed during our stay! The furnished back patio was a huge bonus! It's very private and in a nice neighborhood with very little traffic! The owners were awesome and made our stay most enjoyable! I highly recommend this rental and owners!

Oasis in North Houston

Sandra is the absolute BEST! If you get lucky enough to find this place available, do not hesitate in snatching up the booking! It will not last long!! Located on a quiet street in the back of the neighborhood with virtually no through traffic. Accommodations are impeccably clean. Sandra and her husband are beyond kind. You will never want to leave!!

Lovely and well-appointed

I visited this property and was impressed by Sandras warm welcome and willingness to accommodate my special needs! This unit and the front and back porches were clearly decorated with the utmost comfort of the guest in mind. The kitchen is well-appointed with an eating area, and there is a desk for working. The location is in a quiet, wooded suburban neighborhood with lots of tall trees. I found all of the rooms generous in size and comfortable, and although I did not stay overnight because my special needs did not allow it, I would highly recommend this unit and its great landlord!

I booked a 2-month stay with Sandra and Maurice. They are the kindest people you will ever meet. They have thought of everything with attention to detail in every room. She even had a welcome package set up with a starter kit so I felt comfortable as I was coming from Canada. They were always available if I had any questions and had lots of recommendations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They even let me use their BBQ which was a tremendous help as I was getting settled.
