The condo was built and completed in July of 2021. The appliances are all brand new GE Cafe series products in the kitchen and a GE WiFi enabled washer/dryer. The refrigerator has a water/ice machine, but I also installed a hot/cold water filter at the sink as well. The home comes with a nest thermostat and a key-less entry front door.

Awesome 5 star stay!
I had a fantastic stay at Cindys condo! It was the perfect work-friendly environment, with everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away. Its central location was super convenient, with quick access to local amenities, restaurants, and workspaces. Cindy was an amazing hostshe treated me like family, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Cindys house is nothing short of amazing, the house is very clean and has a cozy feeling when you enter. If I didnt have to leave to another assignment I would have lived here for as long as the room was available. The neighbors are very friendly and has a community feeling that is rare to find. Cindy is an amazing landlord and very easy to get along with.
