Unsafe Area, Impossible Landlord
The area surrounding the apartment is a street pharmacy. I routinely stepped over junkies passed out on the stoop of the apartment. My last day of tenancy there was a shooting 30 feet from my door. When I went to the NBP station to have some fingerprinting done the police officer there advised me that I was living on the most dangerous street in New Brunswick. It is NOT SAFE. Once the lease was signed the landlord was combative for my entire stay. She blamed me for a tripped GFCI outlet by claiming I caused water damage. On a sink that I hadn't even used yet. She also fabricated all sorts of lies after I left to claim my entire deposit, including claiming pet damage from a pet that I didn't even have (I was there alone, no pets). 0/10, literally the worst part of my travel experience to New Brunswick. If you book this place you may as well hire a lawyer ahead of time.
