This is a quiet, newly renovated street with 8 brand new houses completed within the past 2 years. This location is within walking distance of Downtown Clayton and All-star park. The Greenway is only a quick drive 5 min drive away. We are just 20 minutes on the south side of Raleigh which makes this location great for any Wake Med, Rex, or Duke- Raleigh workers. Nova Nordik is only an 8 min drive from here.

You'll be about 20 min from downtown Raleigh and 1.5 hrs from the beach. The closest gym is only a 6 minute drive from here.

I stayed here for 11 months while working in Clayton, and it was an excellent choice. The location is great, short drive to a gym, grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. The house is clean, comfortable and modern. Paul, the owner, was welcoming and hospitable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for furnished accommodation in Clayton.

Great place!!
I stayed here and this was a great place! The host is a pretty cool person. So is his dog! Really clean place and always stayed clean! Really liked that this place was like 25 min from Raleigh! Groceries stores are close and there's a couple food spots near in downtown. Also there's a greenway close by to this place for riding bikes and excercise.
