Comfort and convenience
My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a transition home while we sold our old home and purchased a new one. We were lucky to find this furnished rental. We lived there for just about 6 mos and really enjoyed our time there. The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need. Our dog (and us) appreciated the fenced in yard as well as the spacious deck to hang out on. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near all major grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. We would not have been disappointed if we had needed to spend more time there. The landlords were also fantastic. Quick to respond to any questions we had or any thing else we needed. We would definitely recommend this rental for a short or long term stay.

great long term stay!
Me, my husband, baby, & dog all lived here for over 9 months & had a great experience while he was on a contract at a local hospital. The landlords were fantastic and extremely easy to communicate with. They live close by & always quickly available if needed. We loved the large property & had lovely neighbors. It's a quiet & safe street to live on. Highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the area!

Zoey House
Highly recommend this property! My wife, daughter and myself stayed in the house for 9 months. It was everything we needed. Its in a great location, close to everything in JC. James and his wife are amazing hosts. They are extremely responsive and took care of every detail for us during our time there. They could not have been better, it made it extremely easy for us. The house is clean and well kept. All the essentials you need are provided. Only have good things to say about the house and the hosts!
