I stayed here over the summer while working an internship local in Wichita, KS. Staying here turned my summer of work into a vacation that I wish I could repeat. I spent most weekends kayaking and enjoying the lake. Traci is a very welcoming host who I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I wish I could stay longer!

Amazing, Peaceful Find!

This was the perfect place to stay during my travel nurse contract in Wichita! Safe, friendly neighbors, quite neighborhood, and not to mention- Gorgeous views! Traci was so kind, genuine, and a great communicator. She was always accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. HIGHLY recommend this place to other travel nurses!! There are several unsafe areas in Wichita and this is a gem location. Especially if you have a contract at Ascension Christi St. Francis!

Sweet and simple:)

Traci was a wonderful landlord who provided a comfortable place to live. Her neighborhood was easy to navigate and was very safe. I lived there alone, and Traci would frequently check up on me. Anytime I needed something , she was there to help. I am grateful to have found a kind and caring landlord. Thank you for making a stranger feel at home:)

If you think the property is nice ...

wait until you meet Tracy. She is one of the most wonderful persons I have met, and that is saying a lot. The unit is super comfy, with a view that gives you the chills and the quietness relaxes every fiber of your being. The neighborhood is very nice, and Tracy is super nice, warm and funny.

Pribate Lakeside Paradise

The house was absolutely amazing! The neighborhood was great - super quiet and friendly, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The living area was cozy and comfortable, and you could tell the place was well cared for. Being right on the lake with a private dock and beautiful sunsets made it even better. I misread the listing about bedrooms, but Traci was incredibly accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. I had a work truck with tools and felt completely safe leaving it on the street. Traci was an incredible host, responding within minutes anytime I had a question. She's very sweet and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I honestly wish I could write a longer review because there's so much more good to say. Highly recommend staying here - you won't regret it!

May - November travel contract in AVSF

This property is conveniently located for a 20 min drive to ascencion via christi st Francis and offers a private very relaxing post shift place to wind down. It has a sun room with a stunning lake view, as well as cozy swing on the porch that one can enjoy. I loved the privacy it offers as it is the land lord's basement and it has your own bathroom and mini kitchen. Traci is very responsive and kind with all my requests and questions. I'd love to stay again should an opportunity for travel pop up.
