All of our guests say this is "the best" location because we're accessible to everything - downtown, I-25 access, Old Colorado City, & Manitou Springs, as well as great hiking, walking, running, and biking trails.

Great Location, Beautiful Spacious Bungalow
We loved the single family home with a very comfortable king-sized bed master suite. The second bedroom was perfect for up to 3 guests. And, the loft also served as an additional sleeping area. Lots of natural light. Cozy interior with a gas fireplace for cold nights. Great amenities with a front deck porch swing along with a yard for grilling or chilling. Spacious 2 sink bathroom and a great kitchen. Everything that we ever needed for our years stay while my husband taught at the USAFA. Easy access to I25 which is just around the corner. Close to downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City and not too far from Manitou Springs for good restaurants and quaint shops. Within walking and biking distance to trails. The owners are a wonderful couple who are extremely knowledgeable about the area and are very accommodating. Highly recommend.
