This Condo on the Beach is a little peace of heaven. It is one of four units in the building and is located on the second floor. You will need to go up some stairs. It has three bedrooms: two beds and one sofa bed. The Condo is clean, has new flooring and paint.

There is NO SMOKING in the CONDO.
ALL HOA rules must be followed.

I am willing to negotiate the price of the rental for a year or longer stay.
