My husband and I are Virginia natives, and I am a Charlottesville native. He is a UVA Alumni and I am a JMU Alumni. We'vre rented out the walkout basement to our home for over a year now. We currently have a property in town that used to be my home for 8 years. I've since rented it for 10 years after purchasing. We've decided to furnish our basement apartment on Camellia we've had such a great experience with Mid-term renters.
