This is a lovely large, 3 BR/2BA home. I've owned it for many years. As a former staff member at the U (for 15 years!) I have often hosted guests visiting the U of U. It is a shared entrance, kitchen and laundry, but the basement space provides plenty of privacy and quiet. I have a Labrador who is very friendly and low key.
