Trouble free stay
Bonnie's place was a perfect spot near the Med Center. The apartment is at the back of the lot and suprisingly private. The free parking was a huge bonus.

Amazing little cottage with a perfect little yard
First and foremost the owner, Bonnie, is an amazing person. She made the entire process seamless and her communication skills are impeccable. This little cottage is the perfect place to rent, especially if you have a pet who needs a yard. I stayed here for 6 months and enjoyed the cozy little home from the adorable kitchen with retro style appliance to the big bathroom and comfy bed. On top of all of this, it is a 5 minute walk to UC Davis (which is amazing when you find out parking at UC Davis is $50 a month and it takes 20 minutes to get from the employee garage to the hospital itself). I would strongly recommend staying here!
