Our condo is in Midtown and close to everything with free parking right in front of unit. Our unit is only one of three units in the building so if you are looking for quiet this is the place. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located a few blocks from Innovation District, very close to downtown restaurants, Bo Didley Plaza, and nightlife. Just to the west within walking distance, you will find UF and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium....
Space
The space is super comfortable for 2-3 people but with the king size bed and sofa it could technically sleep 5 but not very comfortable. I also want to be upfront with all fees since the site doesn't allow for details. For Florida rentals I need to charge a 7% state tax along with a 5% Alachua tourist tax. Awesome spot!
Great spot to rent. Very clean inside, with everything you might need included in the apartment. Perfect location, within walking distance to campus, as well as midtown and downtown neighborhoods. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would 100% rent here if I were back in Gainesville for another short period in the future.

Great Location and Feel
This property is close enough to campus but peacefully set back for a quiet environment. The layout and decor make it feel cozy and is overall a great place to stay.

Great Rental for a Great Price
Had a great experience renting at this property. Spent a few days staying here while visiting my daughter at UF. Very clean and close to campus, cant ask for more than that!
