Lovely Avenues Duplex
Stayed here for 3 months while working at UofU. Having been in SLC before, I knew the Avenues is a great, quiet neighborhood & still close to downtown. The place was perfect and so spacious. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The private parking space is also a plus! The current neighbors are so friendly and quiet. You can walk less than a block to the grocery store. There's a city bus that takes you right to UofU (F11). Would stay here again if I return to SLC!
