Fantastic, All-Inclusive, Flexible-Term Apartment
I stayed in Steve and Kristen's apartment for a little over three months as I was transitioning out of Denver and highly recommend it. The property is very modern and includes everything needed for daily living (furniture, closet/storage space, linens, dishes, appliances, high-speed wifi, smart TVs, etc.). I showed up with my suitcase and had everything I needed. The unit is located in a great neighborhood and close to many restaurants and shopping, with easy access to I-70 and downtown Denver. Steve and Kristen were very responsive, and have continued to be extremely helpful after I moved out, as I have had a few pieces of important mail and a package slip through since I left. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Space, Great Location, Great Owners
I had an extended stay in this 2 bedroom apartment (11 months) and it worked out great. The price is right with utilities included and the location is ideal. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly but close enough to Tennyson St that you can walk to the shops and restaurants. Steve and Kristen were great owners/landlords and I would suggest booking this space to anyone looking.

owner will nickel and dime you upon leaving
We stayed here for 3 months and overall the place is updated, newer, and has mostly everything you need. The space itself is pretty small for a 2 bedroom and overpriced for what it is had we not been in a bind at the time. It is an above-the-garage unit so not very suitable to night shift nurses as you will hear the garage door multiple times a day and the landlord has a workout/hang out room downstairs where you can hear everything including the TV. Our biggest issues come down to the landlord himself. He didn't charge a cleaning fee and we spend 4 hours cleaning the place better than we found it, yet he still charge $50 of a cleaning fee. He didn't even have the proper cleaning supplies in the place prior to us asking for it. He only provided 2 towels and charged us to replace them due to bleach spots on them that were there when we moved in. Expect him to show the place multiple times throughout your stay even after you commit to staying longer.
