Awesome experience
This house is convenient located to everything in Huntsville. We had great communication with the owner. He was easy to reach and very understanding. The house has plenty of parking space and in a quiet neighborhood. Also a nice yard where kids can play and relax.

Great landlord!
This is a beautiful, well-kept house in a pleasant neighborhood. The landlord, Gene, worked with me to book a company-sponsored stay for an employee. He let us extend the lease several times. I had no problems reaching him or communicating about anything. There ended up being some damages that were obviously our fault, and so he kept back a very reasonable amount from our deposit. Would highly recommend renting this property!
