This historic house was originally built in 1907 with California redwood, which is still in excellent condition. An addition was added in 1928, which now makes up the bathroom and bedroom. There were two bedrooms but they were so tiny, that the center wall was removed to make a bedroom area and comfortable sitting area with love seat sofa, table and chairs (doubling as a desk). Everything is completely new.
