VERY convenient, Friendly Host

I stayed here from December through the end of February with my wife. Charryse is an excellent host. She helped us navigate the metro (easiest way to get around the city), told us local attractions, and even delivered our Amazon packages right to our door! Very impressed with her friendliness. The pictures also don't do the place justice. It flows really well, and feels more spacious than the pictures let on. We were very comfortable here on our days in. Worth noting it's also less than a 3 minute walk to the subway, which is the best way to get around and see the city.

Cozy Oasis in the Suburbs

My wife and I spent 3 months here at Charryse's while she was on contract. We would have stayed longer, but were looking to buy furniture and purchase a house. The location is excellent as it is in a quiet area a 4 minutes walk to the deanwood metro(subway) which gets you to capitol hill in 15 minutes. You can also drive there in 10 minutes or so. There is a parking spot off street available. The apartment itself was quite cozy with all the appliances that we needed. The internet was lightning fast. There was enough space for us to entertain quite a few guests while they were in town comfortably. Lastly, Charryse was an incredible landlord that addressed any concern that we had in no time. I highly recommend this location if you prioritize rest and convenience.
