Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this property for a little over 3 months while searching for a permanent home in the Knoxville area. It was a welcome getaway for a very stressful time. The house had very thoughtful touches with great appliances. Trevor was such an attentive host. He made sure to make us feel right at home straight away. My favorite part of the house (besides the location) is the tranquil backyard deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and the most relaxing wind chimes! We would hang out outside almost more than inside. The area always felt super safe, and we could walk to parts of the Urban Wilderness as well as SoKno Taco. The house was extremely well insulated and while inside we could not hear anything from the street. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a house in this area.

Very nice

I was very comfortable here. Nice neighborhood, close to everything. The house had all the amenities you need. I travel with my dog and it was very pet friendly
