Great spot

I highly recommend this great place. She thought of everything and made my stay perfect. Love the location too!

Beautiful property for an extended stay. And the host made it as smooth as it could be to get settled right in. I felt at home immediately. Secure, gated property, with all the amenities you need. Including a dedicated parking space. I didn't even bother with a car. Between walking, busses, and using Lyft as a stop-gap, I easily made it to any place I wanted to go, for a tiny fraction of what a rental would have cost. The host provided some great destination suggestions. One of my favorites was a nearby coffee spot called San Antonio Gold. Looks like a quirky dive bar, but they do really good coffee. And it turned out to be a really nice spot to settle in with a laptop. There's also a hidden gem practically right across the street from the property called Camp Outpost. Delicious rotisserie chicken and flawless burgers. Bottom line: If you're looking for quality accommodations in the downtown vicinity, without the downtown price tag, you've found the right place.

Great place!!!

This studio has a huge closet so you can keep it clutter free with no issues at all unlike a lot of studios. The size and the amount of windows overlooking downtown is very nice as well. Just the overall vibe of the place is great. The unit is very quiet and relaxing as I never heard any noise from the other tenants. As for the complex itself, its beautiful as well with the landscaping and a great pool. when you walk in the gate off S Flores St its almost like walking into another world. The parking is also secured and gated with security cameras as well. Its just a few minutes drive/uber from the heart of downtown but without the congestion and traffic and with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you want to get a walk/run in, the Riverwalk access is like a 5-8 minute walk. I had zero issues but if there were Mirta is very accessible. Overall one of my favorite places that I've stayed.

Great downtown location

This studio was a good fit for me while on a travel contract in San Antonio. The area surrounding the studio was safe and neighbors were friendly. It is in downtown but far enough away from the heart that it's not hectic on the nearby streets. It's a cheap 5 minute uber or 20 min bike ride to the heart of downtown. The studio is equipped with essentials as listed and sitting on the rooftop patio with a skyline view was one of my favorite spots. There is lots to do nearby particularly in the Blue star arts district which is within walking distance. I enjoyed Southtowns first Friday and second Saturday events along with many great coffee shops and free yoga classes nearby. My host was very attentive to my needs while staying here and responded quickly to messages. She even provided some recommendations for things to do within the area which I greatly appreciated.
