Great apartment!
This apartment was a great choice while I was in Madison for my travel nurse contract. It is centrally located, easy to explore the city. Elliot is nice and quick to respond. I work night shift and the apartment is quiet enough to sleep during the day without any interruptions. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Best landlord ever
Elliot is an awesome dude who I felt was the perfect host for my travel contract at UW. The location is also unbeatable and is an excellent base for exploring the city.

Perfect studio, great landlord
This garden level apartment was a great atmosphere and had all the essentials that I needed for my travel nurse contract. The landlord is very responsive and him and the other neighbors were easy going and nice. The place was a good size for me and my dog and I liked the back yard and convenience of the neighborhood. I didn't have any issues and overall it was very comfortable.
