Highy Recommended

My experience at this cozy home was wonderful. It was a quick 14 minute drive to Riley Hospital and in a very pleasant neighborhood. My roommate and I had opposite schedules and hardly ever spoke but when we did the conversation was warm and kindly. Otherwise I never heard any other noises in the home that would disturb me (mid-shift nurse who sleeps late). Goose (a chocolate lab) was the quietest most lovable dog I've ever met. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the parking was ample, the shower was hot, and the hospitality was amazing. The bathroom was private, the Wi-Fi was fast, the temperature I could not control but the house was cool during warm nights and warm during the snow storms, the driveway was cleared right after the snow storm so getting to and from work was not a problem. I didn't have any issues here which is rare for a long-term stay. I will definitely be staying here again for my next contract in Indy.

Highly recommend this place! Stayed here for an internship over the summer. This place had everything I needed for a smooth move in-- cookware, towels, etc. The roommate and owner were also very friendly and helped me with transitioning to the area, and the neighborhood was very nice. Her dog was also very friendly!

Clean and Quiet house close to the hospitals and downtown

I had a wonderful stay at this house. As a first time Furnished Finder user, I was nervous about sharing a house with someone I didn't know, but I felt welcomed, safe, and right at home. This property is a great location, an easy 10-12 minute drive to the Indiana University Hospitals & downtown. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and never ran into any issues. "A" is the long term renter in the house and is very personable and kind. We were often on opposite schedules, but I enjoyed chatting about our love of books when we were home together. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. "G" is her sweet dog, and he has to be one of the best dogs I've ever met. He happily welcomes belly scratches and pets, but will also leave you alone if desired. "J" the Home Owner was very receptive and responsive to anything that needed done or fixed while I was there. The house is accurately portrayed in the photos, it is clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure is good and very hot. If you are looking for a place to stray- I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great Property

I had a great experience living at this property this summer. It is in a great location, and having easy access to the Eco Lab is a big plus. The house had everything I needed for a seamless move-in as well, like kitchen supplies, dishes, towels, soap, etc which was very helpful. The owner was very accommodating, as was the roommate and her dog. All in all, I definitely would recommend booking this property.
