This property truly feels like a home away from home. Its in a fantastic locationclose to shopping centers, Nike headquarters, and a variety of fun restaurants and bars. Patricia is a gracious and kind host, making you feel more like youre staying with a friend. The backyard is absolutely stunningserene and peaceful, with a beautiful community garden that adds a special touch. Inside, the place is spacious with great storage, and the remodel is gorgeous. The kitchen is sleek and modern, and having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. The furniture is also incredibly comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Ive truly enjoyed my time here, and Im confident you will too.

Amazing Oasis

Patricia is a wonderful landlady. The rental property is beautiful. Fully furnished, with a great kitchen and lots of kitchen appliances. The backyard is kept pristene. lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. The bathroom has a huge shower & bathtub. Easy access to a walking trail that travels thru the a patch of forest. Lots of birds chirping away. In the other direction about 100 yards away is a small park that is nice to walk or run thru. Easy access to every kind of store you can imagine, like Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and much more.

Clean, Quiet, and Close to Everything

This is a wonderfully cared for property. Very quiet neighborhood with neighbors who have lived there for decades. The private entrance makes it possible to come and go without having to go through someone elses living space. Most of the time you wouldnt even know anyone was upstairs. Great back patio and deck area for reading, meditating, morning coffee, etc.. Its a surprisingly serene environment in the middle of Beaverton. Private kitchen, laundry, and FULL bathroom. Also, its a 15 minute walk to the nearest Max station which will take you anywhere throughout the Portland metro area. Highly recommend staying here. Very peaceful environment with quick access to grocery, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, and mass transit.
