Great Experience in San Pedro

I came from Tennessee to work as a travel nurse and I stayed at this property for about 11 months and absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is so peaceful, yet close to everythinggrocery stores, malls, the beach, and gyms are all just minutes away. Lanie and Fabio were wonderful hostsalways responsive, friendly, and happy to help with anything I needed. The place itself had everything I could ask for and was exactly as described in the listing. If youre looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Sweet summer stay

Summer was delightful in this private little getaway, school was out and this partial basement conversion stayed cool no matter how hot the weather got. The hosts, L&F, keep the apartment tidy and clean, and it was a comfortable and convenient space for me, as I appreciated the interior laundry and large bathroom. The hosts use an entrance on the opposite side of the house, so the exterior stairs leading up to the studio and the lovely outdoor patio was pretty much all mine. L&F give you plenty of privacy, but are super responsive if you have a need.

Travel Nurse

Great property, location is super convenient. Vast amount of restaurants and grocery stores in working distance. Landlord is super helpful, also a very peace neighborhood.

Cozy and friendly

I had a short but sweet stay at this home in San Pedro. The host (L) was very responsive and accommodating. Hope to be back soon!
