Amazing experience

I rented a room from R for a year, and it was a wonderful experience. She is such a sweet and accommodating landlord who always made me feel comfortable and welcome. The house was kept very clean and well-maintained, which made it a pleasant place to come home to every day. The space was fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay, which made moving in and settling down so easy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, which gave me a lot of peace of mind, and the location couldnt have been better, just a quick 2-minute drive from my job. I really appreciated her kindness, flexibility, and how easy she was to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend renting from her to anyone looking for a great living situation! I plan on going back as soon as I can :)

Such a cute spot!

I loved this spot so much! Planned on staying for a 13 week contract but ended up extending 2x due to the fantastic/convenient, and the comfort of this home. R is so welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant. Home was quiet, super clean (all brand new furnishings), and theres a ton to do. Most importantly, safe! LL is also a foodie, so she's got all the best recommendations for restaurants. Listing says shared bath, but that was never the case for me. I had my own the entire time. During the summer, the American River was a blast and there are a ton of outdoor patio restaurants to enjoy. This winter has been just as great, theres no snow and the temperatures only get to about 50. Tahoe is about 1.5 hrs, San Francisco is the same, opposite direction. This area was so different than what I expected fron CA. I love it so much, and plan to come back! R i know your next tenant will enjoy it as much as me, and will probably never want to leave, but i hope i can stay again.
