10/10 Stay

Had a great stay with Brian at this house! Feels like a getaway every time you come home. Brian was very good about responding. Neighborhood is great and quiet. I stayed here not one season but followed up and came back for a second season. Really close to any type of shopping needed and two seconds away from the Florida turnpike. Highly recommend!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Brians property from October 2024 to May 2025. Brian was very responsive with any needs and a great host all around. The house is located in a quiet, safe, neighborhood that I felt comfortable taking daily walks in. The location is convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. The house is more than adequately furnished, especially the kitchen. My favorite part of my stay was the aptly named oasis of a backyard complete with a lanai and pool where I spent much of my time. This was the first time Ive rented a room in a home with others. The only negative thing I experienced was occasionally waiting for the sole bathroom. Otherwise, Brian does a great job of vetting roommates and I had nothing but good things to say of the 3 other tenants in my time there. I would not hesitate to stay again if my work finds me back in WPB.

Peaceful 3 Month Stay

I had a great stay here at this property. I rented a room here for 3 months while I was in a work contract and would have stayed longer if I could! The house is extremely well kept, clean and has everything you need. My favorite part of the house is the pool. Its maintained weekly I enjoyed many hours soaking up the sun and enjoying south Floridas hot weather. The location is great near lots of great restaurants, shops and about a 20 min drive to multiple beaches. The neighborhood is quiet I felt safe there as a young female. Brain (the owner of the property) is a nice guy and very easygoing made sure I was comfortable my whole stay. If I happen to be in the area in the future, I will most definitely reach out to Brian and stay here again!
