Welcome to Narberth! Enter through the front door or back door. Side-door is inaccessible. We ask guests to kindly not park on the side-patio. Please park in one garage / at the back of the driveway not blocking the other garage user's exit.

Welcome into the front of my home! Coming from Dublin, Ireland and lecturing locally at Villanova University in Economics, I hope you like my taste in design. I rent my home out while I am away at conferences or traveling to Ireland or elsewhere.

Light & bright front porch to cozy up in - all five sofas throughout the house pull out into sleepers! Ample space for a large family yet intimate enough for a small group, a couple, or even the discerning individual

Wall remote controls are for the mini-split AC, which cools the front and back porches. Gas radiator heat is controlled from the Google Nest HVAC thermostat inside the central dining room. All ceilings are fully insulated for thermal and noise.

Open the front porch door to reveal a long open floor plan: living room connects to the dining room and kitchen with back porch at the very end. Perhaps that telescope will come in handy after all!

Gather, chill, rest on the sofa sleepers and watch Netflix, Prime, HD antenna TV in the living room, which houses the internet hub. Enjoy a historic, recently renovated home with white picket fence in the affluent mainline suburbs of Philadelphia!

Original 1910 home gut renovated over two years (2022-23). Open spaces with subtle changes bridge the gap from dining room to kitchen and mud room out back, alongside a hallway to bedrooms, restroom, closet and basement. Enjoy light or draw curtains

Lockable back porch room converts into a fourth bedroom with pullout sleeper. You decide whether to keep it as a reading room or an bedroom with en-suite for your stay. All entrances have shoe racks and couches for your comfort.

Back porch full bathroom with tub: our bathrooms all follow the floral art theme. This bathroom is accessible to all or can be converted into an en-suite if you wish to lock the mud room & make it a fourth bedroom for your stay

Enjoy a gated backyard with artificial grass (AstroTurf), paved patio, small deck, table and bench chairs, and a chariot-carriage for up to four VIPs! Please beware that adventurous children could walk out around the gaps at the backs of the garages

Trees provide shade much of the day. Outdoor lights from the back-porch deck aid by night. Garage interior is off-limits to guests. Wondering about the (owner's) initials? A prank trademark by one (power-wash) contractor who did several of our homes!

Your carriage awaits! Step up and into this Cinderalla carriage for the perfect photo! Warning: this carriage turns into a pumpkin after midnight...

Interior of the carriage holds up to four adults. Please do not sit anywhere other than the interior benches and gently treat this carriage with care as it was hand dis- and re-assembled several times and we had to solder parts recently.
