I have loved staying in this ADU. It's very cozy, clean, and feels safe. The patio is very spacious and nice for eating dinner or reading a book outside. There's plenty of cooking utensils and supplies. The bed is also very comfy. The neighborhood feels safe enough to go out for walks and runs. I've always been able to find parking on the street. I've loved being able to walk to Whole Foods and to get coffee just down the street. The hosts have been very accommodating and responsive to all of my needs.
Great Location, Awesome Landlords
My husband and I stayed in this ADU for 5 months while shopping for our own home. We love this neighborhood - it felt very safe with families, kids, and dogs walking around in the evenings. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The rental was furnished with the highest quality items, the bed in particular was incredibly comfortable. Tony and Nancy are fantastic landlords. We had some very minor requests during our stay, which were addressed promptly. They were also very understanding when our stay was longer than initially planned. This is a wonderful place to stay in Burbank.
