Great place to stay

What a cute little place. This apartment was just what I needed during my 3 month internship. The owners were very kind and accommodating. It was a quiet neighborhood.

What a great place! Had all the amenities and was close to the VA that I was filling in at for 3 weeks. The owners were extremely nice! You have your own entrance and the pool is available for the renters as well. Beach is 5 minutes away and the grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again for the convenience and what the studio had to offer. Patty S.

Never had so little rest at this studio

You will be greeted every morning at 5 :45 am as the 2 garage door openers shake the entire studio and wake you up. The 20 year old beer fridge that constantly runs right about up against your bedroom wall will also help you sleep well at night. And if Try to take a nap because you had no sleep because garage doors don't get shut until after 11 so that wakes you up right after you fall asleep as well as the basketball goal mounted on garage/studio the wall that will keep you up when you need to rest. The property also has severe humidity issues as in the ambient will not hardly go below 60% to 80% humidity makes for a very wet feeling all of the time. The owners are nice, but watch out this place is extremely overpriced The space not even 140 sq feet

This property is very elegant and accommodating in every way, the floors are colored with a beautiful multi colored Aqua water color scheme as the inside of the condo itself, the kitchen is fully stocked with the essential 's that a person would love to have, it is immaculately clean from the door step all the way through the studio-condo. The TV is an exceptional feature of its own that comes with any and everything a person would even think about wanting to see, with its big, beautiful clear-colored screen, as well as the fact that you can even move the TV in a direction that suits your viewing position. The out door pool with it cool bluish green waters is a cool asset as well, inviting you to take an awesome swim. The heating and cooling system is right on target but most of all you surely will receive the peace, quiet and comfort that this property has to offer. THE MARRIED COUPLE WHO OWN IT WILL MEET YOU ALL THE WAY WITH HONESTY AND TRUTH, THEY DONT COME NO BETTER.
