Absolutely Perfect

I was hesitant to rent a room as I work nights and like my privacy, but this stay ended up being better than anything I couldve imagined. It truly felt like I had my own place, and Landlord C treated me like family and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and at home. She worked hard to keep the place clean at all times and I had all the privacy I needed. She would even leave out delicious food for me when she cooked, and any packages would be placed outside my door. The neighborhood is safe and parking was never an issue, there was never an issue with noise as the doors have inserts to keep things quiet. She would always communicate with me and let me know ahead of time if anyone would be in the house or if anything needed to be worked on. I cant thank you enough for welcoming me in to your beautiful home and giving me everything I needed.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood! Carmen was a great host, her home is clean, and as travel nurse working nights I slept during the day without any issues.

Had a great experience: Quiet, Fully Furnished Room with an Amazing Landlord

I stayed in this room for three months during my summer internship in East Palo Alto, and it was a wonderful experience with a very reasonable rent. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a television, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, and closet. The rent included all utilities and Wi-Fi too! which was fast and reliable - a big plus for working remotely. About the kitchen, It was almost always available, and I used to cook for myself almost daily without any issues. The house itself was very quiet, and my landlord was amazingfriendly, helpful, and respectful. Despite sharing the same house, I never experienced any disturbance. The landlord is incredibly considerate, and I received my entire security deposit back 2-3 days before I leave. I had to share the bathroom with another housemate, but it was always kept very clean, as my landlord took care of the cleaning and maintenance. The landlord is even kind enough to pick up my amazon deliveries before I moved in There were several grocery stores and restaurants, within half a mile. Laundry facilities were close by too. The location was very also convenient, only a mile from both Amazons East Palo Alto office and Metas Menlo Park office. There is a bus stop near this house, with buses running to Stanford University and major parts of Palo Alto. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.
