great stay

Super comfortable and nice stay! Trish is considerate, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location and unit

I had a great stay at this furnished rental in an excellent location near North Beach / Fisherman's Wharf, with beautiful views and plenty to see and do right nearby. The unit itself was comfortable, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The host was exceptionally nice, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in San Francisco, and I would happily return.

Nice and cozy!

I stayed here for a summer internship and enjoyed the space with the amazing surrounding area. Walgreens and Trader Joe's are walking distance, many local businesses are nearby along with Fisherman's Wharf, and a bus stop across the street takes you to downtown, with another bus stop on the block taking you to the Presidio! Trish is amazing and responsive. The place is well furnished and well-lit. I brought a rice cooker which helped a lot with the lack of kitchen!

Great stay!!!

Trish was a great host.. Very responsive and tremendously kind. The place is in a perfect location near the water with easy access to the best neighborhoods in San Francisco, North Beach and the Marina. Modern, comfortable and everything you could want for city convenience — in a very safe area!

Thank you!

Dear potential future tenant, I highly recommend this unit. As a young professional working in diplomacy, I felt very lucky to cross paths with Trish. The unit feels like a little nest where you are happy to settle down after a long day. It has a peaceful view on the garden, sunlight and is very clean and cozy. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room with a TV and sofa, and a full bathroom. You’ll also have on-site washer/dryer access, with all utilities included in the rent (which is rare!). This apartment felt like a hidden gem. Trish is the most respectful and caring landlord I’ve ever met. She takes your privacy, security, and comfort seriously, communicating with rare kindness. I thank her sincerely for bringing sunshine to my stay. If you’re wondering if this place is the right fit, don’t think twice: it is. You’ll be in the sunniest, safest area of San Francisco, close to every amenity (Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, bus, streetcar, gym). Best, E.C

The BEST Place to Get Started

Trish has an amazing place in a great location that is super safe and has a ton going on. Right by Fishermans Wharf, close to North Beach, Marina, Russian Hill! This is also an amazing unit for someone looking to get started in the city and take some time to figure out the different neighborhoods, transit, commutes to work, etc. I could not recommend this unit/Trish enough! Whether youre on a travel contract for a couple months, or just getting started in SF, this is a great place to consider!

Highly recommend!!!

I stayed here for 8 months while I had a work contract in SF. It was perfect!! The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. I loved having the fire escape off my room! I always felt super safe in the area and went on walks almost everyday. It is right near the water and near so many parks. There are multiple bus stops within walking distance to go all over the city. I definitely recommend if you are looking for something furnished!!

1 Month Stay

I stayed for a month while I was in between places, and the apartment was AMAZING. It had everything I needed (pots, pans, tv, etc.) and is two blocks from the water. Overall, everything was super welcoming, safe, and clean. Trisha is a fantastic host!

Great location!

Loved staying here for 6 months during a travel work contract! This apartment is in the perfect location to walk 15-20 min to all of my favorite areas for workout classes, coffee, restaurants and bars: Marina, Fort Mason, North Beach, Union and Polk St. Trader Joes is about a 7 minute walk and Walgreens is less than 5 minutes. Bus stops are also close by to get you anywhere else in the city. Kitchen essentials, laundry, stovetop, and smart tv included with parking for an extra $200 a month. The street is safe- never once felt nervous walking around at night and there are two front doors that need to be unlocked before entering the actual apartment. Although it is right near a touristy area, rarely able to hear any loud noises coming from Fisherman's Wharf. Overall this was the perfect home away from home and I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

I had a very comfortable stay here during my summer internship. Trisha was a welcoming host. The space was just right and came with everything I needed kitchen essentials, TV access, and more. The location was amazing too, as there was easy access to public buses and it was walking distance to many locations. I often walked to the Maritime garden and enjoyed the beautiful views.

Apartment Review

I stayed here for 3 months and enjoyed it. Trish is a very nice host and the property was clean when we came. She gave us recommendations for things to do in the city and gave us a warm welcome. If youre fine with not having a kitchen this place would be great for you.

Perfect Summer stay

Had an amazing summer here during my SF internship! Trisha is a fantastic host - super welcoming. The garden unit was perfect for my roommate and me - two spacious bedrooms, full bathroom, living room with TV, plus our own garden access. Location is unbeatable with In-N-Out just 2 minutes away. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was so close. Highly recommend!

Trisha is an incredibly warm and welcoming host that has gone above and beyond in order to make my stay feel like home. The unit is INCREDIBLE and the location is UNBEATABLE. You get an entire backyard to yourself (very rare in SF), a spacious living room, a luxury bathroom, and an incredible amount of storage space. Everything you could possibly need is walking distance and there are public transit stops on the block that connect you to every part of the city. It is truly a magical location at sunset, the waterfront is a 2 minute stroll away with views of the Golden Gate and Alcatraz. If the unit is available TAKE IT. You will cherish the memories made here.

Terrible Experience

I have used Furnished Finder for years and always had a great experience until this property. On move in day, the apartment was filthy, and it was clear it was not professionally cleaned. For example, there were toe nail clippings on the nightstand, hair everywhere, crumbs on floor and in cabinets, a used tissue in the couch, stains on the sheets, and a makeup sponge on the bathroom floor. These are unfortunately just a few examples. There were many bath and kitchen essentials not available, even though it was stated in the listing that they would be. This includes no towels, toiletries, coffee pot, knives, limited cutlery, dishtowels, to name a few. Once we reasonably brought the lack of essentials and cleanliness to the landlord's attention, her demeanor completely turned into one of retaliation and false accusations. She would go back on statements she would make, then state the complete opposite. We were accused of committing a federal crime of going through her mail and having a third resident live with us that was a completely made up man named David. There were more false statements and accusations that did not make sense at all. Through all of this, we calmly tried to mediate with her and discuss issues in person several times unsuccessfully. We would be ignored for days and then out of the blue, we would hear from her about a new inappropriate accusation or bizarre statement. Move out and return of the security deposit was a nightmare. All in all, I would never want any other travel nurses or renters to go through what we had to with this landlord.
