Comfortable, quiet, and safe
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house - it looks like a cottage from the outside, but the interior is roomy and it's perfect for a retired couple such as we are, or a young family with one child. Very safe neighborhood, quiet street, and an extremely comfortable place to stay. In fact, we enjoyed our eight months here so much, we've booked this house again for next winter! The landlady, Kathy, and her son co-own the home. Both have been very helpful and attentive with any problems, all of which have been minor. (Such as a burned-out light timer.) Very friendly as well. Really, this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful Place
I stayed here for 5 mos. It's an adorable home. The landlord is very nice. Neighbors nice. Ac and heat work well. Backyard is huge and well kept. All amenities work. Even though footage is 900, the layout makes best use of space. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
