Great House and Even Better Location

This house and location were perfect for us during our stay in Richmond. The house is comfortable and quiet, with all the necessities needed to feel like being at home - the living room is cozy, the kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. The backyard was great for our little dog to run around. The location could not be better. Easy access to I-195 which gets you to other areas of Richmond or to the larger interstates I-95 and I-64 within minutes. There is a Vita Course across the street and wooded trails for jogging or dog walking. The Dogwood Dell dog park is walking distance and Carytown is only a 7 minute walk. We also enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. The house is located on a one-way street which means there is not much traffic going by, making it great for walking our dog and very peaceful in the evening and overnight. Shannon was great to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved staying at Shannon's house in Richmond. It was very well kept and had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, comfy bedrooms and a fenced in backyard for our dog. We enjoyed walking and running in Byrd park and were very close to Carytown. Shannon is attentive to your needs and responsive if you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here, and we likely will again if we come back to the area.

Perfect home close to everything

We loved staying with Shannon. Although the house was small, it was packed with a ton of character and cozy touches to make it feel like home. Theres a large king bed in the master and quite literally the most comfortable bed weve ever slept on in the guestroom. The front rooms get lots of natural light despite the street being sheltered by lush, beautiful trees. The front porch has a cozy couch swing that we loved to sit on and waved to the neighbors. We stayed there with our dog who loves the huge fenced in backyard. And the fact that we were right across from a gorgeous park and just a 10 minute walk to our favorite neighborhood Carytown. We would absolutely stay here again!
