Wonderful Place to Stay
We spent a month in Fred and Yvette's home in August 2025. It was a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place for our dog with the backyard and it is so walkable and so close to beach(es) for the humans. The kitchen is a wonder! Fred and Yvette are wonderful folks and were a pleasure to have as landlords.

Exceptional stay!!
I loved my time in the studio! I had everything I needed & more. The indoor space is fully stocked, clean with new appliances. The outdoor area was such a bonus with the furniture, greenery, hummingbirds, and fireplace. Encinitas is a gem and house is a great walking distance to downtown and the beach. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They gave great local recs and made me feel right at home. Can not recommend enough!!

Awesome Location, Excellent Hosts and Nice Unit!
I stayed at Yvette & Freddy's for nearly a year and loved living there! The proximity to the beach/downtown Encinitas is excellent, the hosts are very kind, and the space is quiet and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to others!
