Great Summer Stay
I stayed here over the summer during a tech internship. It was the perfect place. The air conditioning kept me cool, it was quiet, and I was able to cook lots of meals in the kitchen. Kitchen even had a rice cooker! Netflix and Hulu on the television. The queen size bed was very comfortable, with lots of space for my clothes. Washer and dry were big, kept my clothes clean. Owner took great care of the place. Easy free parking next door. The family upstairs was very sweet, always gave me privacy, considerate folks. The neighborhood was lovely: tree-lined streets, easy walk to coffee shops and two supermarkets. Home is on a nice 4 mile walking loop I took several times a week which had view of Mt Rainier and the Olympics. I took the 10 minute bus ride into work--bus stop just two blocks a way.
I loved this Queen Anne home
I loved staying at this apartment located on the top of Queen Anne Hill. I was staying here with my dog while serving on a nursing assignment at a major hospital in the City. The apartment was easy to find, and there was parking for me every night. I loved the brick walkway to the entrance. The apartment was well-lit, clean, and quite spacious. The kitchen had the utensils and appliances to make my meals, which I was able to easily prepare with Trader Joes and Safeway just a few walks walk. The living space was comfortable for relaxing, watching TV with plenty of included channels for watching programs and movies. The bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed, two gigantic closets, and a dresser, and plenty of extra bedding. Loved the full sized washer and dryer in the unit. The landlord was quick to respond to my texts and easy to work with. Of the dozen or so mid-term stays I have had, this was the best apartment.
The perfect apartment!
This Queen Anne apartment was the perfect place for me to stay during my 3 month contract with a local hospital. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area provided me everything I needed to live comfortably. I was able to sleep very well at night. I felt very safe. The apartment was exceptionally clean. I was able to park my car within a 100 feet of the property and it was always safe. I loved the Queen Anne neighborhood. I was only a five minute walk to a great coffee shop and the Trader Joes. I was able to workout at gym 5 minutes walk away and take the four mile loop around the top of Queen Anne hill for walks and jogs. J was the perfect landlord. He quickly responded to my texts and was super easy to work with. Honestly, I wish I could stay longer.
