Comfortable, Convenient, Nicely Appointed.

Very nice, well designed first floor apartment that is exactly as the photos depict. Well equipped with comfortable furniture and friendly, helpful hosts. Lots of tasteful decorating and art throughout, small but nice outdoor space and a convenient location. There are restaurants, a grocery store and a metro rail station within a block. Plenty of interesting things to see in the neighborhood and great views. Walking down the streets is like walking through a garden with lots of gorgeous landscaping in the parkways and front yards of houses. For those that are noise averse, the metro rail regularly runs a half a block from the house, but it is hardly noticeable inside the house. A neighbor's outside dog barks day and night greeting people and critters and the kiddo upstairs runs and jumps several times a day which sometimes gets a little loud. Overall, it was one of the best places I've stayed.

Amazing, Updates Space with ALL your needs!!

This space is in a safe neighborhood with secure parking, central AC and great space for working, relaxing. Gretchen keeps the home well stocked with all your needs and more! Things you didn't know you needed, you have here! We could not have had a more perfect spot for us who were looking for a permanent apartment, transitioning jobs etc. Gretchen has incredible communication, so helpful and great recommendations. I'd recommend this spot time and time again! It has personality, amenities and location! Sincerely such a great experience.
