Home, not a house.
Everything about this place is heavenly. Its quiet, close to downtown and midtown and affordable for a working professional. This experience and ability has revolutionized renting in my opinion. Savannah especially is notorious for terrible renting experiences, this is not one of those. Honest, fair and considering when concerning what it takes to move and be a good tenant. This is how renting in modern society should be. My daughter and I are beyond pleased with our experience and hope whoever is reading this can be a part of the beauty of this modern rental system. Its easy, simple and in my daughters words, Feels like home, not a house.

The property management team demonstrated an outstanding excellent service when they quickly accommodated me at the last minute for a stay of my choice. Their responsiveness has been First Class, with all maintenance requests addressed and resolved within the same day. The property management team kept me inform on all issues even if the issue wasn't my place.The property is located in a very nice area with access to everything. I highly recommend this property management company for their professional service and we will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Nice Place
I can't say enough of how nice and accommodating this landlord has been. The Apartment wasn't ready for 2wks and they let me stay at another property until it was ready. Everything I have needed they have answered quickly and resolved any issue same day. Im contracted from Dallas for a year in Savannah. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord in this situation. Good neighborhood, beautiful historic area. Highly recommend!
