Great and quiet property. The tenants made sure I had everything I needed and constantly checked up to see if there was anything else that I would like. Overall I give this place a 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort, and quietness.

Quiet Knoxville apartment close to everything

I had the pleasure of living in the second floor two bedroom apartment for three months. Everything about this apartment was perfect. The apartment is very clean and spacious. There's a lot of closet and storage space. The sectional couch with reclining chairs was perfect to relax after a long day at work. There's a smart television with plenty of apps. It's a very quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and on the property. There is off street parking and security cameras on the property. The apartment is very close to downtown Knoxville, the hospitals and medical center. It's also convenient to the highway, restaurants and grocery stores. There's also a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains from the top of the street. D and M are super friendly. I will definitely rent this apartment again if I take another healthcare assignment in Knoxville. I really enjoyed my time there and meeting Dand M. They are two of the nicest people I've ever met.
