Has Potential
We stayed at this home for a month: the location, private backyard, comfortable beds, and responsive communication were positives, the overall condition of the property did not match the listing or expectations for a long-term rental. The home appears dated, poorly maintained, and not properly prepared or stocked for extended guests. There were multiple maintenance, and cleanliness issues and we spent a surprising amount of time addressing problems ourselves rather than enjoying our vacation. The home is also poorly weatherized, making it difficult to keep cool without constantly running the AC, despite guests being expected to stay under an energy usage limit. The owner’s personal belongings stored throughout the house made the space feel more like a partially occupied home than a dedicated rental property. Overall, the property has potential, but it currently needs significant upkeep, updating, and attention to detail to accurately reflect the listing and justify the rental price.
Great House & Location!
I had an excellent stay at 1745 North LaRosa Dr. while in town for spring training. The house is updated, well-maintained, and located in a safe neighborhood. Its also in close proximity to the baseball training stadiums, which was incredibly convenient for us. We also loved being a short walk from Papago park. R was an amazing host. She was always prompt in answering any questions we had and provided solutions immediately when needed. Her responsiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone, especially those involved in spring training. The combination of a great location, a well-kept house, and a fantastic host made it a perfect choice.
