Property Review

As a 28 year old female I never really felt safe staying at this location. There were multiple homeless people crossing through the alley way daily, and at one point I had opened the back door to a man sitting right outside to stay warm during the winter. During my last month of staying here 5 homeless people were camped out and set up housing right next door. When initially moving in here, there was issues with heating system where I was compensated to buy space heaters in order to stay warm. There had been a leak in the bathroom ceiling for months that when asking the landlord to fix no one ever came inside to repair and only fixed from the outside roof causing it to continue to leak anytime it rained. The last few weeks of staying here the front door was bashed into causing the glass to be shattered and never got repaired or replaced. For the price of this apartment, I would recommend looking elsewhere
