Home Sweet Rental

I stayed in this cute, quaint, and nostalgic apartment in a convenient and safe Binghamton neighborhood. The unit was well-decorated and had everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The building itself was very secure, with laundry and parking available on the premises. The apartment was well maintained, and on the rare occasion something came up, the landlords were only a phone call away and always responded quickly. This rental is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-cared-for place to stay. If Im ever in the area again, I would definitely choose this apartment without hesitation.

Excellent place to stay!

This apartment has all you could need and want. The kitchen has utensils and pots and pans. There is clean bedding and linens. The apartment is well decorated and has a tv and internet. It's really a lovely place to stay. The landlords are very nice and each to contact if you have any issues. If I get an assignment here again, I'd choose to stay here.

Great Space. Quiet Neighborhood

I would highly recommend this property. I was the first to stay in this particular unit & J (the landlord) made sure that it was stocked with everything a travel professional might need. The kitchen was stocked with new pots and pans even down to the little things that you might forget like sandwich bags or foil. I felt safe in this building as a woman traveling alone and the neighborhood is quiet. My only issue is that the place was a little bit cold as it is an older building with radiators, but I bought a space heater and had no issues after. It is close to Lourdes hospital where I worked. J keeps the place well-lit and is responsive to any questions/concerns you might have. He is honest and will not try to scam you like many other landlords. If I return to this area I would stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

comfortable and safe stay

Overall wonderful experience with the management. Live in another property consist of 2 bedrooms, elegantly furnished and well maintained. Host very responsive to requests. Will consider again if returning to this area.
