Amazing Host, Location and Neighborhood!

This condo was the perfect stay! Firstly, Pierre was an excellent host -- incredibly responsive , accommodating and had great recs. The condo itself was beautiful inside and out, with the perks of in-unit laundry (such a perk coming from NYC), and in a great location. The neighborhood was gorgeous--walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, planet fitness and Uchicago. I often walked to UChicago for my hospital shifts during the day. Felt very safe. Close to bus stops and trains that take you from Hyde Park to the main loop. I would stay here again!

Nice place

The landlord goes above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need to have a comfortable stay. Very responsive and quick to take care of things. Condo is well taken care of and clean. As a single woman, I was not worried in that area and felt safe at night in the condo. Had my own off street parking spot the entire stay. Highly recommend.

Nice Condo

This place is quite a gem. It is a convenient walk to the main University of Chicago campus. It is also close to grocery stores such as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. There are also some great restaurants and coffee shops less than a 30-minute walk from the unit. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony when the weather was warm and appreciated having updated appliances in the unit. Mr. Poinsett was responsive and helpful.
